Balloon Printing

Set up costs:

1) Single colour logo on a single balloon side = 1 screen charge of £35.00 + vat.

e.g. green colour logo on cream balloon.

2) Single colour logo on two balloon sides = 2 screen charges of £35.00 + vat + a second side print cost of £10. Therefore £80.00 + vat.

e.g. green colour logo on cream balloon.

3) Two colour logo on 1 side = 2 screen charges (1 charge per colour) of £35 + vat. Therefore £70.00+ vat.

e.g. green and white logo on black balloon

Reprinting of balloons at a later stage requires a £15.00 set up charge for 2 colour 1 side or £30 set up charge for 1 colour on 2 sides (+ vat).

Balloon costs (12” pearl latex balloons in any colour):

· 100 balloons = £40.00
· 200 balloons = £70.00
· 500 balloons = £150.00
· 1000 balloons = £250.00

Balloon in a Box

The Cirencester Pary Shop offers a unique balloon service. Use balloons to float accross the ceiling of a marquee, to fill your limousine or to decorate your tables. We recommend bunches of threes or fives as a centrepiece to a table or for filling the corners of your chosen venue. Choose a decorative balloon weight and the effect is simply stunning adding height and volume.

Latex balloons, which last for about 24 hours, are slightly cheaper than the foil balloons and so you can splash out and have those extra few. Foil balloons are also available and can last up to about one week. Latex balloons are £1.00 each (plain) or £1.50 each (printed). Foil balloons start at £2.50 each. Simple box weights or foil pyramids to secure the balloons cost £1 each. Balloon bouquets start at £6.50. These are ready made for you to pop on to your tables and each bouquet is individually bagged up for easy transportation.

Delivery costs are £10 for Cirencester proper + 5 miles. Please book in advance. Sunday or bank holiday deliveries are also possible for a small extra charge. Delivery does not include setting up and arranging which will be charged at an extra £25.00 per hour. Min 3 hour call out.

Hire of Balloon Gas

Through Party Pink you can also hire gas canisters to inflate your own helium balloons. This works out slightly cheaper and has the advantage in that you can prepare the balloons according to your time requirements.

• V size : fills approx. 120 x 11" quality latex balloons and costs £65.00 inc vat
• T size : fills approx. 250 x 11" quality latex balloons and costs £100.00 inc vat
• L size : fills approx. 750 x 11" quality latex balloons and costs £150.00 inc vat
• Hi float solution: A solution that you squirt into each balloon that seals the pores of the latex. Upon filling with helium gas the balloons will float for approx 3/4 days. Solution for 200 balloons and dispenser = £25.00 inc vat

All cylinders must be collected from our unit except L size which can be delivered FREE of charge to Cirencester town and area addresses. Delivery will be charged at 50p per mile for non Cirencester addresses.

A balloon-filling demonstration will be given to all clients (over 18s only).

Orders need to be taken 7 days before your event and a £60 deposit will be required for each cylinder.

You may keep the cylinder for 14 days.

Late returns may incur penalty costs.

Valves will be supplied on loan free of charge.

Ribbon is available in a range of colours and is subject to an extra cost of £5 per 500mt roll.

Important: Quality latex balloons should be blown up a few hours before the event. They will last between 10 and 18 hours. They should not be exposed to direct heat and may suffer as a result of being exposed to direct sunlight.

Party Pink offers a 5% discount on balloons if purchased for a charity event (proof will need to be seen)! Discount not available on hire of cylynders.

How to make the most of your helium balloons!

1) Latex helium balloons only last 18-24 hours so are therefore only suitable for use on the day they are inflated.
2) If purchasing unweighted balloons then you will need to secure them.
3) When arranging your balloons make sure that you do so in a low-ceiling room. If they escape you’ll be able to retrieve them.
4) Keep latex balloons in a well ventilated room until your event. Avoid putting them in a hot conservatory or marquee until the last minute.
5) Do NOT leave latex helim balloons in a hot car as they can expand and burst.
6) Balloons with HIFLOAT will last longer and are suitable for displaying the day after purchase.
7) Do not leave latex helium balloons in balloon bags after transportation to your chosen venue.
