Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed by telephone, e-mail or through our website.

Party Pink ltd accepts all major credit cards (except American Express and Diners Club) by telephone, email and through online shop ordering. Goods will not be despatched until paid for in full. Cheques are accepted if payable in UK sterling and drawn from a UK bank and made payable to Party Pink. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to be cleared before despatch can be made. All orders will be sent by post as specified or as agreed in writing with the customer.

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT and relate to internet, email or telephone orders only. An invoice will be sent with each order.

All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. Party Pink reserves the right to alter prices if the required delivery date is more than 10 working days from placing an order.

Deliveries and Despatch

It is expected that all orders, unless the customer wishes otherwise, will be despatched within seven working days from date of ordering (If you place your order over a weekend we will pick and pack your order on the following Monday, or Tuesday after Bank Holidays). For all non-clothing goods (eg favours which need to be prepared to order) please allow 14-28 days, however, 7 -10 days is more usual. If you require goods by a specific date please let us know at time of order.

Damages and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If you do not receive your order within 10 working days of placing your order, or you have not received it by an agreed date, please contact us for an explanation.

All goods will be sent by parcel force, standard parcel rate (3 - 5 working days). Please assume a further 3 - 5 working days for preparing and packing of your order. We shall endeavour to inform you when your goods have been despatched. Postage and packing which includes insurance will be charged as follows:

1-500 gms = £3.95 (these packages will probably be sent 1st class)

501 - 750 gms = £4.95

751 - 1kg = £5.95

1kg - 2 kg = £7.95

2 kg - 5 kg = £9.95

Overseas orders will be priced accordingly. Please place your order in the normal way and we shall contact you will a price.

Returned Goods

Where it is not the fault of Party Pink and the customer wishes to return goods which are not faulty - this may be at the discretion of Party Pink . We reserve the right to charge a handling charge of 10% of the original purchase price. The original cost of postage and packing is not refundable and goods must be returned by the customer in suitable packaging at their own cost. Refunds will only be considered for goods returned within 7 days of receipt. Party Pink Ltd retains the right to not accept returned goods.

Goods, for whatever reason, can only be returned with the prior approval of Party Pink. Please return goods with their original packaging. Party Pink can accept no responsibility for damage or loss of goods being returned.

Products

All products, unless stated otherwise (eg flower petals), are made from artificial materials. Any references to flowers, leaves etc. relate to man-made products. All references to gold, silver, pearl, etc., relate to colour and not the actual material from which products are made. Please note there may be some slight variation in colour with our natural products such as confetti.
