A wonderful town-centre space available exclusively for parties for all age groups and for all occasions. Just minutes from the main town church, registry office and with adjacent car park, The Party Loft is the perfect place for your perfect party!

A tranquil town-centre party room comfortably able to accommodate 20 children for traditional, thought-through parties with a twist of the imagination! Turn up, party away then leave the mess to us!

Room hire comprises a town-centre, first-floor space with connecting toilet facilities suitable for parties for up to 20 children** or 60/80 adults ***. The room charge includes seating and tables and cleaning. One member of staff is available for venue support but not for running or coordinating the party. Please see our additional charges if you do require extra help.

Time Slots

Friday - Sunday inclusive (for other weekday use please contact a member of staff):

Slot 1:10am – 12 noon - £50.00

Slot 2: 1pm - 3pm - £50.00

Slot 3: 4pm - 6pm - £50.00

Slot 4: 7pm - close - £100.00 + security if necessary

A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The balance will be required seven days before your event.

** for health and safety reasons we have decided to cap our daytime parties at 20 children maximum and accompanying parents. Should you need more flexibility then please consult a member of staff or your party coordinator.

*** 60 adults with full seating options and 80 adults for drinks (reduced seating options) parties only.

Daytime Parties

Access to the room is available 30 minutes before hand. The room will be ready to use and laid out with small tables and stools, rugs, and cushions. Should you require us to decorate the room with extra props to a theme then please contact us to discuss.

Your room use includes the following:

* A well-presented party room with ample space for up to 20 children with small modern furniture, rugs and cushions

* Free tea and coffee facilities for parents and carers

* A point of contact throughout your party (please note that there is a extra cost should you like support or help with your event)

* Invitations (pdf file to download yourself)

* Colouring in activity and story books

* Full cleaning after your party

* VAT and insurance

Evening Parties

Our party loft space is available from 7pm each evening. Capacity for evening events is 60-80 adults. Our bar is licensed until 1am. Please contact us to enquire about room and bar costs. We are able to supply simply party food/catering or can arrange for more sophisticated options to be brought in on your behalf.

Vintage Me
